I did a little livestream last week and thought some of you who don’t follow me on my other social media might also be interested. In a nutshell: Let’s not blame singers who suffer a vocal injury any more than athletes who injure themselves. Let’s behave professionally as vocal educators, and let’s not pass judgement if we don’t know the whole story. Singers with vocal injury need the opportunity to come forward (if they so wish) without being shamed.
